Interesting,
Interesting
I am white 20 year old good looking male. Still good looking because I
have been getting the symptoms for a while I tested 2 month ago for HIV
and came out negative but symptoms still continue so now I will get tested
again. I've got a pumped up body and it would be ironic to see my body
being slowly destroyed. I hope it is just some STD and not HIV/AIDS. It's
all due to that time guys when I had an unprotected oral sex with a black
girl. Later I had protected vaginal intercourse with her. God her name
I think was Denise she was around 30 y.old.
So I have to warn all of you out there put the condom on before you even
kiss your partner! You don't wanna be 20 and having a slow death with
lots of suffering involved But hey there I'm perfectly calm now if I am
to die young I will accept my fate. One thing I will be very sorry for
is that no kids, and no real love for any girl in my life but this is
not up to me.
As Mo-Tsi Chinese philosopher said if lord took care of us when we were
alive then lord will take care of us when we die. I have had a near death
experience. It's not scary at all u feel very peaceful. Death is only
the beginning.
My Love to all who suffer,
Philip

Hello! I would like
to respond to Sally and Blade whose comments appeared on pg.
11 of FEEDBACK and anyone else who may have similar thinking. I believe
the statements of compassion you made are sincere. I would like to address
your ideas re: how we get infected.
It's true that many people do not take the necessary precautions to guard
against any STD's. There are those who don't inform their sexual partners,
for whatever reason, and those who don't think they can be infected. Most
of the people I know make mistakes. And, if we're HIV+, it's too late
to tell us to take precautions. Having a sexual relationship with another
person can have issues that prohibit discussion about condoms or dental
dams--prohibit any kind of intimate conversation. And, then there's people
like me.
I am a Christian and have been for many years. I didn't think that AIDS
would invade our marriage. But it did. WE HAVE TO SAY MORE, GET INVOLVED
MORE TO STOP THE SPREAD OF HIV. The! best way to affect someone else's
negative behaviour is to have a trustworthy relationship with them, don't
condemn or judge them, and tell them your concerns and ask them how you
can help. It takes more than 'just use a rubber' to combat HIV. (I am
not offended by any comments made from any of the FEEDBACK area. I just
want to encourage those of you who are not HIV+ to help us combat this
disease at a deeper level.)
Thank you,
Kim

I would like to respond to the story of a young 17 year old MaryJane
shown on pg 11, I would like to tell MaryJane that
she is the bravest young girl that I have ever read about.
You see, I got this assignment in summer school that I had to write a nine
paged research paper about HIV/AIDS I really did not know much about this
disease until I started looking everywhere for information. But then I came
across this website and started to read these stories of people infected
with HIV/AIDS and MaryJane's story inspired me so very much and I am glad
that she is not letting this disease get in control of her life and is living
it to the fullest.
Stay strong MaryJane. You have very good friends.
Sincerely,
Emily

I have just been
looking on this site for work to find out more information about the HIV
virus and AIDS. I found this sight extremely informative as it provided
me with an insight into the lives of people living with HIV or AIDS. Unfortunately
I have been influenced considerably by myths and I thank you for showing
me the other side.
Also I noted that someone else had written about how the web site colours
might make the site look a little gloomy. I tend to agree, a suggestion
might be to go for brighter and more positive colours!
Priscilla
tune in soon Priscilla,
l'm on my way to reworking the whole colour scheme!

hi I'm gay and this
is how I got the what is known discriminatingly the poofta disease or
the junkie disease, well it's not it's the man rooting monkey disease,as
I said I am gay that is right and I just want to say that I am proud of
it and that people shouldn't be afraid to come out of the closet.
My grandfather got HIV\AIDS from sleeping with monkeys when he went to
Africa, and has past AIDS down the family line for many generations, and
I have had AIDS for 5 years now and I am finding it hard to cope with
it but I am getting there well people with AIDS stay in there. gotta go.
Well that's got
to be the first time I've heard that AIDS theory!
