Hey, My friend Shaune in Melbourne turned me on to your site. Check out
http://www.aliveandwell.org
which is the Alive and Well website. Alive and Well is a Los Angeles organization
run by Christine Maggiore, author of WHAT IF EVERYTHING YOU THOUGHT YOU
KNEW ABOUT AIDS WAS WRONG?
The organization is dedicated to alerting the international community
that the HIV Test is inaccurate and can yield false results, the actual
HIV virus has never clinically been proven to cause AIDS and that the
Medication for the disease (especially AZT) is poisonous.
There are great stories and links on the site.
Enjoy. Happy Holidays. Thanks for your site.

These are 2 of the poems my sister wrote shortly before her death June
5, 1999. She is greatly missed by all whose lives she touched. I will
never be the same without her. I know I have to move on but right now
it is just too difficult. You are doing wonderful work.
NO ESCAPE
As I stand with my bare feet in the sand,
The peaceful water reaches out its hand
As if telling me to come in
And leave this place filled with sin.
I walk to the shore,
planning to leave this world forevermore.
The calm sea stirs,
And this place is not as it was before.
How will I leave this world so filled with anger and hate?
There is no way
THERE IS NO ESCAPE....

THE OTHER SHORE
Standing at the ocean,
Standing at the sea,
I see another shore
And a girl who looks like me
I see another shore,
I see a dream I knew,
I see another time before,
A time when love was true.
I see water that I've crossed,
I see the bridge I've burned.
I see you there beside me;
Is my lesson learned?
Now the girl is gone,
Not where she was before...
It's amazing what you see,
Standing on the other shore.

I would like to say that these stories are very impressive and I would
like to commend all of the people who have lived through these stories.

A question, as opposed to a comment: I'm wondering if I can still submit
a story for the site and what the requirements are e.g., length, content,
etc.
Hello Chris,
Yes, all stories are very welcomed to the site as it's the only way
the site will keep going!
There are no requirements or restrictions on size.....so go right ahead!
You can e-mail the content to me and is usually updated to the site
that week. Thanks for your question and l hope to get something from
you in the future.

I am a 16 year old girl from Canada. I started researching a little about
AIDS after watching my uncle, one of my favourite people, die of AIDS in
1998. I have been to many sites on the Internet and really enjoyed reading
the personal stories. I would like to say what you are doing is fabulous.
It's important to see the personal sides of AIDS, not just the written facts!
Hi Josie,
I'm really glad that you found the site and enjoyed reading the stories
and indeed l had the same idea when creating the site, there are not
enough personal stories (that l have found), on the web and l'm glad
that it has given people support. I do the site from home on a laptop
and getting encouragement from people such as yourself makes it all
worthwhile and pushes me to keep going with it.
Perhaps you'd even consider writing something about your uncle for the
site!
Thanks once again for your support and l hope that stories keep coming
so that you'll return and keep reading.
All the best,
Carolena
