Albion St Centre - Albion Street Centre, a facility of the South Eastern Sydney Area Health Service, is the only major Australian community based multidisciplinary centre dealing exclusively with HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C clinical management, counselling, research, prevention and education.

Positive Directions - Positive Directions is a statewide service with five teams operational in Queensland. We are a care coordination, information support and referral service. Each team has a Care Coordinator and a Client Support Worker who work together with PLWHA to link individuals with supports and services that they are eligible for.
